About this tool

The Family Dialogue Tool guides you through a few simple questions. These lead you to a number of templates that can be used to support conversations with distant relatives (who are related to you by blood), to provide them with the information they need. The templates are for communications with distant family members, particularly if you and your family are not in close contact. But you may also find the templates and information useful when thinking about how you communicate with close relatives. Of course, these are just ideas that you may want to adapt to suit your personal circumstances.
